  • No prerequisites – strength and flexibility come with training

What a class looks like

Every class starts with a warm-up that prepares you for training and reduces the risk of injury. This is followed by a short conditioning block for strength and stability. Then it’s time for the pole: we practise tricks, spins and combos on the static and spinning pole. We finish the class with a cool-down.

Which level is right for you?

🌱 Beginner

No experience needed, everyone is welcome. We learn our first spins, tricks and combos on the pole and build strength step by step.

💪 Intermediate 1

You climb confidently and can invert from the floor (e.g. inverted crucifix). Here you’ll learn the butterfly, flatline, Jamilla, inside leg hang and crucifix shoulder mount, among others.

⚡ Intermediate 2

You’re confident with the butterfly, inside leg hang and crucifix shoulder mount. Now it’s on to the outside leg hang, extended butterfly, Jade, hip hold, shoulder mount from the floor and your first aerial invert.

🔥 Advanced

You can do an aerial invert and a shoulder mount from the floor with confidence. We train the aerial shoulder mount, Iguana, Janeiro, static spins and flares on the spinning pole, among others.

✨ Mixed Level

This class is open to all levels. Your instructor adapts the tricks to each person’s level.
